I found this great article with a letter I can send to those who really want to know. Some just want to be confrontive and don't really care what you're going through, but for those who really want to know what you're struggling with, like a spouse or sibling or parent, this is a great letter. I see things in it that I would probably change for my personal situation, and I would shorten it a bit, but we can all change it to suit our needs. Click the link below.
