I am going for an accupuncture treatment tomorrow and I am really excited about it. If you have tried this what were your results? ---

I had 12 sessions and it helped but it was short lived. ---

I'm excited for you too, Dena! I hope you feel great tonight! My sister's cat needed accupuncture back in the 90's. She'd have remarkable energy afterwards and leap around like she was a kitten again. It would last about a week, then would need to be done again. So I do know that accupuncture works. ---

I tried it back in like 2009 in Japan. This was before I \*think\* I was fibro, I still have some heinous back problems. Anyway, they stuck the needles right into the trigger points on my back and then sent electric shocks down them. My back spasmed REALLY hard. A lot. It was really bad. HOWEVER, that said, I've heard of a bunch of other people that got help with this. If you are worried about spasms, you can have them insert the needles in like the ears or whatever that's supposed to be associated in the part of the body that hurts. Not sure if that makes sense or not. ---

She did do any electric shocks. My boyfriend said they did that with his horses. I do feel somewhat better today. Not leaping about like a kitten but that’s okay too.lol ---
