Hoping to get some pointers on acne on my face!! I am 42 yrs old and new to fibro. Have been told that it can cause acne. My face is a mess. I have little ones, bigger ones, white heads and boil like ones. Does anyone know of good skin care or how to help it? I don't even want to go in public anymore. It's awful! I always had acne prone skin since I had my daughter 15 yrs ago. I have been using proactive but lately, it's not helping. Just the past month have had bad breakouts non-stop. Please hepl!
