Is dizziness part of Fibro? I did a lot yesterday, and I had wine and cupcakes (which I think might be triggers for me considering how I feel today), but I am also dizzy. I have no sinus or ear congestion, so it has me a little baffled. Is there anything that has helped? I've been up for about 4 hours now and it hasn't gone away.

I have been having dizziness as well. I was just started on neurontin and vistaril. But i have suffered dizzy spells off and on for years. Please let your dr know you are having this. Alcohol can react with meds just be careful and dont fall. I was antivert for years for the dizzy spells. Also i know you said you dont have congestion but sometimes it could be a ear problem. Just take it easy and be careful. Hope you feel better soon.

It is! And hypoglycemia and chemical sensitivities can cause this-also part of fibro. Sugar and sulfates make me feel horrid. Drink a lot of water and maybe try a benedryl. I hope you feel better!
