Went to see an endocrynologist yesterday. Found out my testosterone is insanely low. Mine is at 11 & should be between 150-300 so they injected pellets under my hip fat. I also have hypoactive thyroid (which is common with fibro sufferers). Get your hormones checked this could seriously affect your quality of life. Of course unless you have already done so. With these two problems alone being mediated I hope to see changes soon.

Hi Keirsten, what symptoms did you have from the low testosterone? Just curious to see if anyone else has this problem. Charlie :)

Well I have been complaining of fatigue, ache muscles sorry joints and depression to name a few. Interactive thyroid plays a role too. On a personal note I have low libido and no ability to climax anymore. Hope I don’t get in trouble disclosing that.

Lol, I think it'll be ok. Those symptoms sound like I feel anyway from the fibro, how do you tell? Thank-you Charlie :) (by the way, my libido is extremely low too)

I hope you do too! And this is very good advice.

Please let us know how it affects you when you start feeling the effects of the testosterone. I have no idea what function it plays for females and I'd love to know how it impacts women.

BTW, what are you doing for the hypoactive thyroid?
