I was formally diagnosed in June this year but symptomatic for past 2 years.

I'm still getting to grips with how this condition affects me and am a bit confused regarding fibro flares!

If my pains are bad for a few days, is that a flare or just doing too much?

Would like to know how flares affect you and how long they go on for.

Many thanks to anyone who replies.

Love Lucy

Every one is affected differently after a while you will no what is a flare and how to deal better with it. Try to always pace yourself and get plenty of rest.
