Praise God your family doctor is a good one!! I’m so glad he started you off slowly & I’m praying it works as well for you as it does for me. If the physical therapist doesn’t know much about fibro as them for one that does. Remember you are your own advocate for this. Another resource you can use is the invisible disability association website to find specialists near you. If ya ever need anything don’t hesitate to reach out. Hoping today is a little less painful than yesterday

Thanks so much for your response and caring and also your sense of humor! Very important coping skill when dealing with a chronic illness. My MRI and MRA are ok it is most likely occipital neuralgia causing headaches or migraines. I am now on Topomax. As for the Vertigo I still have it in one canal but it is a lot better. Just so tiered but you are so right it is all fibromyalgia related! Once again thank you!!

Good to know! Sorry I responded so late. I’ve had a lot going on lately. My sisters are moving my father 8 hours away from me so that he’s closer to my oldest sister. Which means that when I go up to see him on Feb. 9, the day before he leaves, it’ll be the last time I ever see him–and my sister’s know this. (Just the gas for the round trip is approx. $500.) Of course, they can afford the money it takes for them to go visit him where he is currently. Oldest sister will be an hour away from where my Dad will be living. So, if he has a medical emergency, it will take her an hour to get to him. He seems unconcerned about this.
And ALL of this got heaped on me for my birthday. So, my fibro went bonkers which set off everything else that’s wrong with me to the point of cascading so bad I nearly had to visit either a minor emergency room or the real ER. I don’t know why I’m surprised, my family has always messed up my birthdays starting with completely forgetting both my 15th & 16th birthdays. ::: Sigh :::
