Does anyone have Harlequin Syndrome ? I just had another episode of it, one side of my face red and dripping sweat, the other side white and dry.

I've been looking for some helpful info for you and found that it's difficult to find too much out there in terms of discussion groups. Nevertheless I found some discussions on the matter which may help you out. I hope that some of these conversations prove to be helpful. I had trouble finding info because there is a Harlequin illness that is extremely severe in infants and I'm not sure that it is the same thing as what you have. Also, Horner's Syndrome seems to be related to Harlequin Syndrome, so I included some discussions on it as well.

You're welcome, Dianne. I'm sorry that I have no personal info to offer you but if you have Harlequin, as opposed to Horner's, it's extremely rare and hard to find discussions on. Good luck to you on finding out more info. From what little I read, your syndrome, while very annoying, isn't dangerous, thank heavens.
