Hi I have osteoarthritis in my Cervical ,lumbar, hands knees and fibromyalgia. I am having low back pain that runs down my right leg beside knee and my ankle. This seem to happen every time my husband are intimate and the pain lasts at least a week. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you deal with it?

I have osteoarthritis in my pelvic bone/hips/lumbar. Sometimes I get pain after intimacy and honestly I just had to experiment with positions and sort of give myself a time limit in certain positions. Is it better or worse when you’re on the bottom?

It sounds like you have sciatica you need a MRI but what you describe are the classic symptoms of sciatica, what they can do about it I don't know you could try a chiropractor or a pyhisio or see your GP for a referal
