Has anyone tried taking an MSM supplement for fibromyalgia? Normally I wouldn’t think a vitamin would make such a difference, but my mother-in-law’s co-worker swears that MSM has made a HUGE difference in her fibro symptoms. I have read some good reviews online, but was wondering if anyone has personal experience taking this and if it really works. Hi Carly, Yes, I have! I used to take it everyday, and for some reason, it just got pushed aside. Too many pills after a while I guess, but it really does have healing qualities. Guess it would be a good time to start taking it again! Is this safe to take with other medications and there effectiveness? ---

Thanks Carly for posting this, I’m always looking for explanations to fibro symptoms. I never heard of sulfur deficiency… So this will certainly go on my list of things to look up and research. Hugs & blessings dee ---

Hi Carly, I had started taking this a few years ago, and like SK, it kind of got pushed to the side, because I didn't see a difference. But then again, I doubt I took it long enough for any results - I get kind of sick of taking so many pills that I end up only taking the absolutely necessary ones and forgetting about the rest, but I'm going to start it again, thanks! Sounds good, I'm all for trying vitamins and supplements above having to take so many of my prescription drugs all the time. Where can I find this? Just a vitamin store like Vitamin Cottage or Natural Grocers?
