For the last 2 weeks the muscle in my right arm feels " heavy". I can hardly lift it up and it’s a throbbing pain. It almost feels like I have a 20lb weight on it. Does anyone else get this?

Yep. Mine's located around my lower thighs and knee area. I would say that a 20 lb weight on it is a pretty good estimate of how heavy that pain feels, too. I'm sorry to say that mine has stayed with me since it started; I was really hoping it would ease up once the spring came with warmer weather. Nope. Right now I'm trying out steroid shots to the offending area. I don't know if you could have it in your muscle or not. I'll let you know if it helps my "heavy" leg muscles and/or the knee.
