So I’m having a rough go right now. I’m having some pain but that’s nothing unusual for me I guess. I did start water therapy which helps a good bit. I know God had his plans and my future mapped out for me but I still get depressed and stuff. I’m reading Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks right now with every intention of going to see the movie I’m guessing I will go alone over Valentine weekend but haven’t made a decision yet for sure. I’m volunteering at the Senior Valentine Banquet this weekend as long as this “cold” I have got is not actually anything worse. I pray you all have a loved Valentines Day. God Bless

How are you doing with the water therapy? I have found that I feel wonderful while I am in the water....but about an hour or so after I get out of the pool body tightens up and sometimes I feel worse than before I got in. I continue going because to me its worth the 2-3 hours of relief while I am in the pool. I just wish that there was something I could do so that I wouldnt have to deal with the aftermath

Tammy.

Well good for you, Pretty Lady, for starting water therapy. I'm curious to know how it goes with you. It sounds heavenly to be able to get into a heated pool and do some gentle exercises.

Oh my gosh, how cool of you to voluteer at the Senior Valentine Banquet. It means SO Much to seniors when they have a few nice activities to go to. And nice people manning them.

I'll encourage you to go to see the movie, even if you go alone. I waited too long for someone else to come along after my divorce and missed out on too many opportunities as a result. Don't let life pass you by even if you don't have someone special to share it with. Go and have fun. Buy yourself a marshmallow chocolate for Valentine's Day if you want, to "receive" some chocolates. Or treat yourself to some pretty flowers or a nice meal out. Life's too short to pass it up.
