## Highlights this week - Sep 6th to 11th - serrapeptase success continuing for certain kinds of Ache

Finished on Sep 19th (additions, and I’d written Aug 6th by mistake…)

Symbol & emoji of the week: Just 🙂

1. **Supps** : Improved sleep reliably, daytime improving suddenly ✅
2. **GABA** at 9:00 has improved bladder, more than stiffness. What about glutamine for that? 🧐
3. **Theanine** alone increased seizures, so more GABA nec. to balance it (plus bladder & stiffness)
4. **Serrapeptase** miracled away my Ache twice, may be a good help after - or before? - work.
5. Taking it Saturday evening may have caused problems that night.
6. **Acupressure** : Neck improving slowly somewhat.
7. **Activities** & **Actions** : good, and better. Stiffness, loins & occasional pee pain still.
8. **Symptoms** : improving 😃 (Mask-talking may be improving.)
9. **Stiffness** : Still more GABA? 🧐
10. **Bladder pain** improving from more GABA, balanced by more theanine 🙂
11. **Sleep:** : Continuing well.
12. **GI:** Keep sugar down, & cookies.
13. **Generally** : feeling quite good, but sort of ‘false’ (more in body than in mind I think).
14. Painy night Thursday to Friday, then partly difficult day, Saturday a bit tired.
15. But the night before with severe reflux after jam was also wonky, maybe that was a chain.
16. **Psychologist** : Suggested me writing a book. 🧐
