## Highlights this week - Sep 12th to 19th

**Serrapeptase still OK, now trying tryptophan, theanine only before and after sleep**

Symbol & emoji of the week: Again 🙂

1. **Supps** : Getting more normal. ✅
2. **GABA** , also with theanine seems better. Still thinking about more glutamine for stiffness. 🧐
3. **Theanine** reduced at night and
4. adding **tryptophan** may have improved sleep, but maybe caused a seizure Sun. 19th at 17:00?
5. **Serrapeptase** didn’t help as reliably this week (Mon.), but sometimes good.
6. **Acupressure** : Neck improving even more. But didn’t stop the ?flare? Fri/Sat.
7. **Activities** & **Actions** : Stiffness & loins better, mask-talking worse, still occasional pee pain.
8. **Sitting** without a backrest for 1.5h was really tough
9. **Sleep:** Sleep breaks at around 4:00, so stopping additional 2nd dose of theanine then.
10. **GI:** Again sugar? problems from sweet cherries, or they were off.
11. **Generally** : Working 17h, even overdoing it Wedn. seemed OK. 😃
12. Bad Friday evening (19:00) & Sat. (14:00) may have been a repercussion. 🧐
13. Keeping down sugar even more (esp. grapes) (blood fats), but not lectins (seem to tolerate them). 🧐
14. Major post on “symptom tracking & trigger & treatment hunting” etc. was satisfying :-D.
15. Like last week: Altogether mostly good with minor repercussions from GI & overdoing it. 😃

Edit: Focal seizure Sat 18th at 18:17, no idea what from. Last one was Aug 26th, going to sleep.
