# Local support groups

has anyone gone to local support groups-what is your responce. useful or a waste of time. ive they oftenhave speakers-maybe get a dr. referral from others.they have one here in feburary,maybe ill check it out. its a mile from home.

I think for some, they would be useful. I've never been a support group type of person, but if there was one a mile from me, I'd probably check it out. Why not?
