About a month ago I was soaking in a hot bath and I started smelling something. After a bit I realized the smell was ammonia. When I was finished I looked every where with no avail and the smell went away. Well this has happened on several ocassions now and finally I asked my husband what do I smell like as I'm putting my arm under his nose. His reply is I smell like my soap, I tell him I smell ammonia and he says no. Finally I realize the smell is in my nose. This happens when I bath or sweat. Has this happen to anyone else or do you know what causes it? I am going nuts lol...
Thanks Angel, It could be either so I guess I need to make a Dr's apppointment. I have cut back on my carbs because of the weight gain but I am also retaining alot of fluids from my meds but my PC has me on a low dose med for this and said she cant raise it because it can hurt my kidneys. This is crazy that so many side effects come from fibro and the medicine :(
Thanks Lisa, The funny thing is I don't exercise, maybe a short walk with my daughter and new grand baby but thats all.
