I completely forgot I was a member of this support group so I’m back again for a second time. Fibro Fog is rapid!!! I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and I hope I can help anyone in need.

I have been told I had the FM “thing” back in 1999 and I’ve been taking Grape Seed Extract since 1995, never any brain fog issues here…I am 82 soon.

Grape Seed Extract is a salvation in my life’s health…
