i thought I would let all my friends know that I am doing ok. my man Jason is taking awesome care of me. we spend almost all our free time together. we have had some bumps with me health wise and he has been by my side.
the worst scare was a couple weeks ago I had a migraine and I was on day 2 of it. well on the evening of the second day we were at church and my vision got blury and I got very dizzy. this had never happened to me before with a migraine. we left right away and went to the er. all the test came back fine and the er dr wanted to keep me cause after 8 iv meds my vision didn't improve. they decided to call my neuro dr who I had not seen I a year due to insurance told them to send me home so they did. we got home around 7am and I went straight to bed. Jason kept checking on me and woke me twice to get up and eat other than that I slept all day and then that night. by Friday morning my vision was fine and the migraine was gone. I felt bad for Jason cause he only slept a couple hours and stayed awake all day.
I have been having weird migraine pains along with frequent migraines and he is going to pay the $85 for me to see my neuro dr. he cant afford it for another week.
if u don't see me on its most likely cause I am just busy being with the man of my dreams. we have been together just over a month and I love him more every day. he is fine knowing I will not be working much if at all. he just got a great job with great benefits.
I am sure with time I will be on more but right now I just very happy in love.
I am so glad you're happy, Stephanie. Jason sounds like one nice guy. I'm so glad your migraine finally went away. It's nice to know you have someone to help you when you're not feeling good.
I'm so glad that things are going well with the new BF! So sorry you are still plagued by the migraines! My husband used to get them a lot, when we first met. Though he had meds from the Dr, they helped, but knocked him down, I bought him the Excedrin for Migraines, and that worked well without the knock down.
I still say the 'Accent' (MSG) he was adding to all of his food caused it, I threw that way, and threw away the migraines! Wish yours was so easily solved!
Hey there, You are really lucky because he is a lovely guy... and he is lucky because you are a lovely lady... I hope you are both happy for many years to come :-)... keep in touch on fb xx
It is so uplifting to hear your good news! Isn't love grand!! He sounds wonderful and your so deserving to have someone to love and take care of you. I'm sorry to hear of your scare...happy to know your eyesight returned to normal. Hope you find out what is causing you these horrific migraines and the other symptoms. It helps when you have such a loving support in your life. Please keep us posted about this. Wishing you continued happiness!!!
It's nice to hear from you. I wondered where you'd gone. Looks like you're doing well with Jason, so that's great. As for those migraines - have your docs tested for causes outside of migraines? Especially after you episode with blurry vision and dizziness. Oh, and did you ever get the lupus tests back? And most importantly, how did your disability hearing go? I know how stressed you were to go to it. Did you get approved?
