# Thank you kholmes! Ben Gay Zero Degrees works for me!

Thank you so much kholmes for telling us about this product. I has a horrible night last night.....I've been up since 1:00 am with bad leg cramps. I went and bought this new Zero Degrees product and it has made my legs feel so much better,

It really works for me to at least make the pain tolerable. I would recommend you try this if you haven't already.

Does it use heating or cooling as the method of pain relief?

It uses cooling and it kind of numbs. Normally I can't take cold.....never ice....but this is different.

I bought some too and maaan it's the only thing that can calm the parasthesia in my shoulders down. And it stays pretty cold for a good amount of time I think. I'll probably be bathing in the stuff by the time summer is on full blast. Plus it doesn't reek of mint like IcyHot does!

Thanks guys, what an awesome review!! I'm going out right now to get some, especially since I have nerve damage in my feet like kholmes, and it drives me insane sometimes. I can't wait for some relief!
