I'm doing ok considering I'm on that Nystatin, and having Herx reactions, thanks for asking. Elbows are acting up also but that's my doing. I find the long articles and reading tedious too, wish they would just summarize it all and get to the bottom line quicker. You seem to be keeping up really well, can tell you are an avid reader. Audio tapes would be great. Sometimes I go on youtube and find lectures by doctors, some good, some quacky. That way I don't have to look at the computer screen and burn my corneas out. :-(

Sorry this treatment seems to also be hard on you. Never gets any easier, we just have to adjust it seems. I hope that your final result is a good one, with long lasting relief and improved health!

Thanks, I do to. I've been through this before but with a different protocol. Hope this one gets it gone.
