Update for all you lovely people. Was at neuro today he was lovely, but unfortunately he doesn't deal with Fibro. In the U.K. it is apparently dealt with by Rheumatologist. On positive side he has diagnosed trigeminal neuralgia (99% sure) arranged MRI to rule anything else out and increased Carbamazipine. Also said he will discuss everything with Rheumatologist so they can work together to control symptoms. Due to see Rheumatologist again on 17th. Hopfully together they will come up with best combo of treatment. Apparently they trained together and know each other quite well although they have lost touch since qualifying. Everyone keep everything crossed for an improvement.
