Hey guys. Long time no see. Quick question for ya’ll. Do you get random muscle twitches in your feet/legs? It almost feels like you can control it but you aren’t? It’s strange
Thanks guys. Have good nap naps!

Hi! I can tell you that especially at night when I’m trying to fall asleep my butt, yes my butt, my legs and feet will start to twitch. This only seems to occur at bedtime and I’m not sure exactly why. I was only diagnosed three weeks ago so I’m very new to all these wonderful new things that are happening to my body. Sometimes when your potassium, calcium or magnesium or low they call cause muscle twitching. If it continues, you might want it visit your PCP. Good Luck! 👍

I do! Mostly my legs but I’ve had it happen in my arms as well… Almost always while trying to fall asleep. Most magnesium supplements don’t absorb well so while I do take one I also use a magnesium lotion on my arms and legs before bed. It has really really helped so much!
