Water intake and fibro

hi just wondering if anyone else has noticed a lessening of fibro symptoms when they’ve upped their intake of water? Was curious…

I have noticed that I do better when I hydrate well. Dehydration will cause fatigue and it is very easy to become dehydrated or not take in enough fluid during the course of the day. I try to measure so I get enough in. I feel more fatigued if I don't drink enough and joints hurt more.

That surely makes sense. i know that i get horrid Charley Horses when I don't drink enough water.

The candida diet, or maybe it was the anti- inflammation diet … Recommended - to drink water -1/2 your weight in ounces …so I weigh 120, so it says i should drink 60 oz of water a day. I bought a glass bottle, covered in rubber ( tired of those plastic bottles ) it’s 20 oz/600cc,

That’s usually recommended 8 - 8oz glasses a day or64oz
. Of course checking with dr is alway important… As some may have fluid restrictions, as in heart disease & kidney failure.

Having the bottle is good, because I can really keep track of how much I do drink, it’s always filtered water

Hugs & blessings
