I am guilty of the spotless house. It stresses me out if I do not do some thing every day which is a big improvement from working 12 hours and trying to do every thing before I went to bed.
Guilty, guilty guilty! What a great website, Sheila. I just printed it out and going to take it with me to therapy this week. She’s been telling me a few of these tips but my mindset was stuck on “pause” - I used to be able to do it so why not now! Definitely going to work on all of them!
