i been diagose with fibro and try to find right combo meds that help me with enxiety,body pain and tention

no matter what meds i am on after orgasm , i start to get panic atak or andrenalin rush (lile full blum panic attack and my body get tension all over amd also it is increase mt depression

it is fell like i lost all my possitve look to world

Not sure what else can be done as preventive or post ofter .I have read about
