Careers? Please

I was a nurse since 1992. I worked in the public health for adjoining county. The drs kept saying it was MS off and on. My PCP sent me to a rheumatologist and was dx that day with fibro. They are still trying to rule out MS, I have been experiencing symptoms for 2-3 yrs now that have greatly progressed. Had the flu and pneumonia in Nov 2012 and everything went south from there. increased tiredness, numbness in legs with terrible pain, mid back pain, arm and shoulder pain, sweating, intolerance to heat and humidity.and the all lovely memory fog. I had to quit work in March due to I thought I was too much of a liability for my patients, employer and myself.

oh yea lets don't forget our friend depression.

I did a double take when I first read the Headline I thought WHAT THE " then I relized it was funny I couldn't think of 1 normal working day 5 days a week is not possible without that person being high to agonizing levels of pain & fatigue on a daily basis, just about everybody I know slowly give up working fibro makes it impossible, so to the people who still work I think your amazing but I beg you not to burn yourself out, it not your fault if you can't do it anymore it's Fibro talking Take Care Of Yourrself Love & Hugs Jeannie
