Annette, I’m so sorry to hear about your recent health issues. That must have been really hard to deal with. Do you have a good support system? I care about you! :hugs::hugs::hugs:

Hi Annette, how are you doing? I haven’t heard from you recently. I know you were in the hospital for quite awhile. Are you feeling any better? Miss you. :hugs:

Hello all wasn’t home very long from the first time in the hospital and was taken in again with the exact same thing I have never seen a hospital so hectic in my life with the patients getting brought in by the droves with viral related infections that the doctors had no idea what they were I do not know how the staff are working all day wearing the masks as they are so claustrophobic I am not feeling all that good yet and finding it hard to face food but the ward was running out of beds and there were patients iller than me needing a bed so once I got stabilized a bit I came home as being a retired nurse I know what to do to try to get myself better although it is hard going at the moment.Thank to all for thinking of me

Wow, that sounds crazy, Annette78! I’m glad you were able to go home, but sorry that you have to care for yourself as you recuperate. Will continue to keep you in my prayers. Sending lots of hugs your way :purple_heart:

Annette! I’m so sorry to hear this. What an experience for you: getting a patient’s eye view of a ward during a pandemic. No fun, for sure.

I’m so glad you’re home, that’s really where you belong. Who looked after your son while you were in the hospital? He must be so glad you’re back.

Get well and stay well :heavy_heart_exclamation:

Hello Seenie Edmond went to stay with my elder son and his wife he was fine with them and as they own a Bird of Prey Sanctuary he was up helping them with the birds but just wanted home with me I missed him terribly as I was allowed no visitors as they thought I might be infectious he has been my rock since I came home and cannot do enough to help me.I am still not feeling too good at times nauseated and no appetite forcing myself to try and eat but I will get there. Hope you are well

I’m glad it wasn’t too bad for your son, and I’m so happy that you aren’t alone if you’re not feeling great. It’s such a difficult time, isn’t it?

I am well: I have managed to stay well since being in the hospital in February for my spinal stenosis surgery. It has healed very well and I now have no pain. I can even do a happy dance! As for Covid-19, I have stayed home most of the time. That’s boring, but safe. Thank goodness I’ve got all my Ben’s Friends buddies!

Look after yourself, and tell Edmond that I say he’s a hero!

Seenie
