I mainly use the mobile app on my iPhone, but also access the site as Desktop View on my Kindle Fire tablet. I’ve gotten very familiar with both interfaces and what each can and cannot do. There are also some tricks for switching back and forth between the two. I’d be glad to share what I have learned.
First, what kind of mobile devices do you have, iPhone, tablet etc? And do you also have access to a desktop computer or laptop?

Hi Starr! Thanx for responding! I have a Kindle fire HD tablet and a Samsung s5 phone.
Our phone apps might be slightly different as mine is IOS (Apple) and you must have an Android app but they are probably very similar. I find the phone app quicker and easier for some things but there are many functions that only work in the Desktop View. You also CAN access the Desktop view on your phone (via your phones Internet browser) but it is hard to navigate as there is so much on each page and the small type and small screen on the phone makes it difficult. I’m still on the smaller-screen iPhone 5s, how large is your screen?
Tell me what you are having trouble with navigating and I’ll try to help. First, have you fully explored the Desktop View of site on your Kindle (livingwithfibro.org, direct links from main site)?
Oh, just to make sure, you are talking about an actual Bens Friends App for your phone, right? I don’t see it offered on main page, only iOS. And don’t find one for Kindle either.
