Sleep : 21:55-7:10, 9h15-45’ = 8h30, +0’.
Nap:
Work: 9-12. Need to note it here. 17:40-18:50 = 1h10, 19:10-20:00 0h50: 5h. Fun, getting used to it. Got really good feedback from someone I thought doesn’t like me, that I was doing good stuff for them.
Activities: No end to snow shovelling: My wife’s car for 30’… yard several times. Table tennis table shoveling went quicker, played 6:4 (games are shorter when it keeps snowing).
Treatment: Trying roseroot again for blood pressure, my GP had prescribed it originally and agrees it’s the right time to try it again to get down from the meds. My blood pressure & pulse were very low before (108/59, 62) and after (109/65, 56) sleep, that’s what I guessed too. Also getting the selen going once it’s got thru the snow. Treatment today was mainly the metal vibrating gadget, legs once again.

Tricks:
Pain: From the snow shovelling of course… But oh, what a lovely feeling again of really sore muscles, due to having worked too much. I always used to love it and am now realizing again: It’s quite something different to fibro-soreness!
Gut: Reflux at midnight, probably due to the 30g of strawberry yoghurt in the evening… but the yoghurt was nice to taste… Try the next 20g at midday… Champignons are windy things.
