2021-02-18, Thursday, still flaring

Sleep: 21:30-6:40, 9h10-1h40, +55’ nap yesterday: 8h25.
Nap: 0
Work: 7:55-25-11:50: 3h30. But really hard again, despite resorting to sitting & lying down after a while. Not realizing what is taking how long I’m gonna divide up the work-areas (R8, R7, E, B). R.1h40. 19:30-21:30 E :next_track_button:6h10.
Activities: Table tennis 6:0, but the last game was a bit too much, so: good I realized from the beginning to pace it. Probably a further problem yesterday then too. Need to work a bit more, to get back on top. But Triggerpointing and table tennis got my mood & body back up.
Treatment: Trigger pointing got the flare-up down again.
Hacks: The 4th position ballet leg stretch standing I’ve been doing now can also be done as 5th position when lying down (feet outwards, strictly over one another). Arms upwards outwards I’ve seen called “open fifth”, but not regularly. Downwards outwards is caricature used for funny or tragicomical characters, puppets like Petrushka.

Tricks:
Pain: Flared, hurting all over till physio.
Gut: OK, now the strawberry traces are out of the system.
