Activities: Table tennis 4:2, Grandchild. Nap first. Still too much. So stiff, twisting only helps 60% for 5 mins, then I have to twist again, but better than no twist. Sh’d’ve let table tennis be.
Treatment: Ozone - did that too, 34ml per 200ml blood. Too much.

Diagnoses:
Development: Rehab-assessment: as planned. Bit of a fine-tuning question. I c’d’ve tried to prolong sick pay, which in my case is luxuriously full, by saying that I’m aiming for full time work in August, but that’d be cheating as I have no grounds, even tho I have been saying I am getting better at a rate of 10%/month. It’s not really possible to see or explain the 10% tho, my rehab-doc can’t see it either; it’s more calculated optimism.
