Development
Jab-sfx/MCAS/antihistamine:
After getting up stiff and eye/head pressure at 8:30, sinuses building up at 9:55 (need GABA/food)
11:40 Still very stiff, still sinuses despite eating. Remembered now that this overdeep sleep was the same after jab#1.
If it were food: I ate a little green beans and tiny slids of the young cheese, both may’ve caused a flare 2 days ago, but with 5x the amount. So if I don’t repeat it today, will it get better again? That’d be #2.

‘Research’ today:
A new study was published today on JAMA that there is only a low risk for quick allergic reaction to a 2nd mRNA jab after one on the first. No help for me there…
Also today a French editorial was published on JAMA about taking statins: “The message for clinicians is, therefore, that the level of LDL-C should be lowered below 70 mg/dL by any means after an ischemic stroke in patients with evidence of atherosclerosis. For those [after an ischemic stroke] without atherosclerosis, the benefit of lowering the level fo LDL-C below 70 mg/dL vs between 90 and 110 mg/dL is much smaller, and an individualized evaluation of the risk to benefit ratio, bearing in mind a small increase in risks of intracerebral hemorrhage and type 2 diabetes, is needed.”
Also today a similar Chinese meta-review was published about statins concluding amongst less relevant things for me "For patients without evidence of atherosclerosis, intensive LDL-C–lowering statin-based therapies might not be needed in most situations considering the uncertain benefits of secondary stroke prevention and the increased risk of hemorrhagic stroke associated with intensive LDL-C lowering.
