Jab-sfx/MCAS/antihistamine:
Reduced histamine foods Saturday evening, only 4 tiny slivers of cheese, 10 raisins, a 100ml soy yogurt. If that doesn’t help I’ll double the antihistamine tomorrow late morning. Didn’t seem necessary, unless it can improve pain & fatigue, so didn’t double it and tried a similar amount of cheese, spelt bread, reaisins and a bit less soy yogurt.
