Hi Everyone - Today has been a very painful day for me. I was woken up at 4:20 am by my pain throughout my body. I hurt everywhere! My skin hurst so badly I want to cry. 
I have had fibro for over 25 years and havenāt had a flare quite like this one. I donāt know what is going on to create such a bad flare. I just about want to pull my hair outā¦ā¦ I hurt in so many places even areas that I have had under control for quite some time. I just needed to vent to an understanding audience. I am praying this will end soon so I can hopefully sleep tonight. Thanks for ālisteningā.
