Thanks for your reply, I wish it was the gall bladder so it could be sorted out, but mine was taken out about 15 years ago due to lots of pain. Will have to check out the massage pad, I am in the UK, so will see. Don’t have much cash at the moment, and we are also having to move somewhere for over 55’s. Not that I want to go though.

Just had a quick look on Amazon and the cheapest here is £60 which I’m guessing is about $85 or so, makes me wish we still lived in the US.

What I hate is my gf saying" you should stretch and take a walk" I could strangle her, lol its all I can do is get out of bed and " fibroshuffle" to the hot shower to move at all, they just have no clue!!!
LOL, Michaelyl! It is good you have a sense of humor about it. You made me laugh for the first time today! (Sometimes, when I have a bad back day, I just know I look like Tim Conway on the Carol Brunette show, when he played the little old man that shuffled everywhere) That was so funny & cute! I’m showing my age here - that show must have been on in the 70’s. Haha!

HAHAHAHAHA!!! Like a blast from the past, Seenie!!! Now I’m laughing and crying at the same time. Made me remember how it was even funnier when the actors themselves were about to lose it from trying desperately not to laugh at each other!
