Tell me something good!

Hi Everyone

When I am in terrible pain and nothing helps. Believe it or not I go to a chiropractor. They have helped my . After a few visits it feels like a miracle, no more pain. Has been about 6 months since I have had bad pain. Now to tell you the truth it has helped me more than drugs. But don't get me wrong I still need my meds but pain is under control. Have a wonderful day

Reading has helped me and going to the chiropractor massage is great. My snake is a great distraction from the pain I love to take her out so she can get in her baby pool. I start aqua therapy tomorrow and we will see how it goes.

I think I am about due, they help me too, Shirley!

Holding on to faith Thank you!

SK this post has been very helpful !!
I have found great results with a calcium/ magnesium supplement , message, being out in the warm sunshine and keeping a positive attitude
A very low dose fentanyl patch 12mcg, the lowest that is made , helps with the morning stiffness and the Savella 1/2 tab 3 x day with food has also worked good for me.

Warm pool therapy can loosen muscles and get the blood flowing, that has helped in the past
The anti- inflammation diet ( just stop eating sugar ) and gluten free have also made a big difference
I try to make fresh veggies 50% of my diet & I eat a lot of Salmon, fish & tuna
Omega 3 is also a supplement I try not to skip as well as vit D3

Smiles, laughs, and stress reduction are a must !

Hugs & blessings

Hope it goes well at the Dr, Deb!

I can relate to 'moving', Wendy, as an arthritic it's certainly ' move it or lose it"!

Me too, SNEAKERS! Besides this site, I belong to the PsA site here at BF. The info is outstanding!

Does the acupuncturist know about the stomach pain, Squeaks?

Hi Ginny, you surely have accomplished a lot! This takes incredible dedication! Good for you, so glad you have made your own way to wellness!

SNEAKERS,with PsA, I do not recommend it, I had gone to a Neuro, who decided this for me, talk about CRASH!!

crynsugar, can you tell me if you know if LDN can be taken with a biologic (DMARD)?

For sure Tammy! Gotta laugh! My little 3 year grand son made me laugh until the tears rolled and I was breathless this past weekend, said he would be back again this weekend, it's Thursday, not sure I am up to it yet! They have so much energy compared to my Mom and I!

Glad you found something that works, Kimberly!

Oh yes, Jo, I'm a bathtub baby all the way, my wish is a claw foot tub! I WANT ONE!!

Sorry you are having such a tough time with meds! Has the Doc suggested Phenergan?

mimi, I hope that something will soon give you complete relief from those terrible headaches! I'm rooting for you!

My best friend has MS, she is very pleased with her DO! Glad you are too, Cinnamin!

Yes on the Lyrica, Whyewing! I have never tried Cymbalta!

Hi Luna! Though I am on some pretty heavy meds, I still love herbs and naturals for so many things, esp for the grand kids! With PsA, I have to do everything I can to slow it down, so no going without my Enbrel!
