I don’t know why some of the younger generation go without masks, we have that happen here as well. You have to have something that lets you off wearing one though-asthma or similar condition. Lockdown is starting to ease off a bit here, but the first day, when 6 people could meet up outside- there were hundreds of young people congregating in parks-without wearing masks. I’m hoping this does not bring about another flare up.

Hope you can find something more for your back!? I needed a hard cushion for the kyphosis, but it’s usually better now I do back exercises before sleep and stretching in between…
My wife has been able to work fairly well, but 9 days later she’s still waking up a little bit nauseous, almost gone today tho… O.o We were a bit surprised to hear that her 2nd shot isn’t going to be AstraZeneca/Vaxzevria…
but CoV makes us all feel a bit like guinea pigs or a science project anyway, much like fibro or even life itself. No choice but to make the most
of the suspense
. Fibro makes me feel I’m part of the Truman Show
, CoV reassures it’s not just me, we’re all in it
. God keeps me sane
by reminding me of his Deeper Reality behind the scenes and that He
Loves Me
to self-care more
.
If they’d keep apart… but a lot don’t. I comfort myself that at least these are not inside…
When we play table tennis we sh’d be wearing a mask, cos it’s on a playground. They haven’t been checking on it any more. But it feels a bit silly if we’re there on our own. We decide with a bit of common sense how many people are around and can see us, but always on the safe side.
When in closer contact like in shops, docs, hospitals etc. I wear a KN95 cloth mask with added viral protection, except in a hospital the other day where they didn’t believe me and told me to wear a normal white FFP2 mask. And I only meet with people outside or per video, which is fine for me. Don’t need it to be long anyway. Only problem is work, so I hope I can go back to home office after Easter.
