Who would be interested in helping to make our group even better?

Yes, I'm partial, but I happen to think that we have one of the very best groups on Ben's Friends, but we could use some help making it even better. Who would be interested in helping us welcome new members, and wish everyone a happy birthday?

It would be such a wonderful gesture to reach out, open your heart, and welcome everyone into their new family, and it means so much to hear happy birthday, no matter how old we are! Those are listed on the main page, and you can access the members by using the directory at the top of the page.

Filling out and/or updating your profiles, include injuries, other illnesses, and a list of current meds would also be tremendously appreciated. When you come to us for information, the first thing we do is go to your profile, by giving us a good profile, you allow us to give you the very best information we have available.

SK, this is agreat idea… I have to say though I did not realize I had birthday wishes until about a month later, I felt so bad & silly I didn’t see them, I didn’t realize I had to scroll down on my page to see comments, I’m sure most people do realize that, not sure why I never saw that …

I also don’t receive all notifications via e-mail anymore, I’m going to go to mmy settings and double check that it is checked,

The people are on the membership page in the order they are approved, so it's not too hard to keep track of. I did it that way for a long time. The mods are just so swamped, sometimes it's hard to get to the greeting and birthdays. That would be a great help for angel and Mike to help with those!

Thank you both, good to know we can count on you! It means alot to me, and will make a great improvement to the group, hopefully we will get a couple more volunteers!

Just click on members, they show up there! There is also a place to click to get the announcements, but for the life of me, I cannot remember where it is! I'm not very computer literate anyway!
