I checked this link out. Thanks Kdeenak for providing it to us. I use three of the items already and may look into some of the others. I get some relief from using a Tens unit. the trick is to figure out the electrode placement and the settings.
I also have a TheraCane. It is worth the money spent on it. I got one off Amazon at the suggestion of my physical therapist. It works very good on dealing with those pesky muscle knots that we all deal with. So far I have not had one that I could not reach. One thing that I have learned the hard way. Don't put pressure on one of those muscle knots for too long or you will wind up sore. I usually do about a minute.
I also use the racket balls. you have to lie on a firm surface to get the most out of the time you spend with them. I also use a kitchen towel that I fold in half lengthwise and then roll up. This actually works in my chair at work. You put it at the level where it hurts and then "assume the proper position" in your chair with your back up against the back of the chair.
Hope these thoughts from my experience helps someone.

Great post, I’ m saving this site for future reference. In Canada and I expect in the US the Red Cross has an equipment loan program where you can borrow shower seats, raised toilet seats, walkers, wheel chairs, other medical equipment for a short period (it was 3 months when I used it) They need a form filled out by a doctor, physiotherapist etc. It’s a good way to try out various equipment to ensure it is useful before you purchase or rent the equipment. Usually users of the service provide a small donation. They were very cooperative and explained how to install the equipment I needed.
HI Kd! These are some great gadgets! I want some of those pillows, for sure!
Thanks for sharing these! Hope you are well and happy!
Hugs,
