Hormones out of whack can give you some major symptoms, for sure. I know that first hand. When they get leveled out, it is amazing the difference it makes. At least that is something that can be remedied. :')

How would you know if your hormones are out of whack? Is this routinely tested? Just curious.

No, not routinely. 24hr urine is very accurate type of testing for hormones. You could as your doctor or gynocologist to order the test. I'm sure you would have some symptoms for insurance purposes. :')
