Hello everyone ,

I was wondering if anyone out there has tried cryotherapy , at the gym I go to

there is a woman with RA and she has been during it for 8 months and said she's never felt

better . I've done some research on it and know it is suppose to be great for everyone

with chronic pain and inflammation but is real expensive so wondering if anyone with

fibromyalgia has tried it and what did they think about it .

Hello, I am glad you are doing your research. It is always important to gain knowledge about possible treatments before making a decision. I have not had cryotherapy or heard of it as a treatment for Fibro so I can't give you my personal account. I did find this article for you, you may have seen this in your research. Thanks for clarifying. Have you discussed this option with your primary care physician or Rheumy?

No not yet because I don't have an appointment with my rheumatologist till March but I see my PCP next

week and do plan on asking her about it .
