Anyone being treated for Fibromyalgia with these medications, if you would share your thoughts feelings? I currently take and find zero relief.

How long have you been taking them? Some times it can take a while for the full effects to take place. I have taken cymbalta in the past and did have good results but it took awhile. Your doctor may want to a just the doses.

in addition I have major lower back pain , stiff neck ALL THE TIME, I don't know how to explain to my doctor the level of pain I amin does the massive lower back pain common?

I've been on Cymbalta for several years now and I have had no problems with it at all. It did take 6 to 8 weeks before I really started to feel better. I've had very few really bad flares since I've been on it and my depression now is nothing like it was before. I do know there are a lot of people in this group who have had problems taking it.
If you haven't been on it at least 2 months and you aren't having a lot of side effects I suggest you continue taking it. Then if you still don't see any improvement contact your doctor. Everything I've told you is from my own experience and one of the frustrating things with this disease is that it's so different from person to person and so is what works for each of us.

Have you tried to go to the MD's office while you were experiencing intense pain? Ask someone to take you, wait for your visit, take you to the pharmacy & then take you home.
