I have been doing so well on Lyrica, even through the months of knee pain due to torn meniscus, and the surgery to repair. But now that all that’s over, I am starting to feel the fibro again. Sleepless nights, morning pain and stiffness, going to work and feeling the overwhelming need to nap, pushing through to end my day with pain, only to go through the same cycle over again. I am taking 150mg lyrica×2. Daily. Should I ask dr for higher dosage?
Hi, I’m new to this and new to being diagnosed. Sorry to hear you’re struggling. What is lyrica? I’m on sertraline, amitriptilyne , codiene and naproxen . I work with drugs and I’ve never heard of lyrica!
Lyrica is one of THE go to drugs for fibro. Was taking gabapentin before but had to increase dosage so much that I reached the limit with it. Lyrica has worked alot better for me.
