Flabby arms

I haven't been dx w fibro, but it seems obvious to me I've had for yrs. Like many others I'm searching for a good, no GREAT dr. Any who, I'm 52 & want to tone my arms (bat wings]. I use 3 lb wts & even that I pay for afterwards. Should I resign myself to having flabby arms indefinitely? I like to try & ride a recumbent exercise bike sev days a week now.

Hi Carole,

I am not an expert in any way but last year I took a strength training class and the instructor said that was the easiest place to tone. Not that I have taken the steps to proving her correct. She said if you take a weight and grab it in both hands over your head and take your hands back behind your head and then back up (I hope that makes sense) and do this about 10 times everyday that will tone your bat wings. I keep saying I'm going to try it but the thought of exercise makes me tired and hurt. haha

Good Luck and don't give up,

Stacey

Hi Carole

Have you spoken with a doctor most will send you to aqua therapy or physical therapy and they can show you things to do at home that will be easier on you and help with the parts you want help with.
