Has anyone else ever been diagnosed with internal shingles ? This is another in the long list of crazy painful illnesses I’ve gotten since my fibro diagnoses. For Gods sake, I feel like a horse that should be put down. I’m in so much freakin pain

I've never, ever heard of internal shingles but I'll bet they hurt like mad! Ughhhh yeah that’s them ears, nose, throat, tongue down the throat, running high fever. On insane dosage of Zovirax 5 times a day making me sicker. And if fever doesn’t let up going to the hospital so they can treat me like a freak. Thanks fibro, and Happy Mothers Day to me

My doctor luckily specializes in fibro freaks etc we are kinda her passion. So seeing the ulcer on my tounge and looking further, knowing my history of shingles. Present stress level etc. she made diagnosis as gruesome as it is. I passed step test and all other blood work confirmed. This sucks
