I'm going to try a new meal plan

For a long time I've believed I had food sensitivities but since the allergist can't test for sensitivities just allergies I kept eating the way I've always eaten. But I'm going to take the plunge. No Gluten, No Dairy, No Peanuts, No Eggs, No Soy, No Corn and NO Sugar.

This all sounded good yesterday but can I tell you how hard this could be. Gluten, dairy, and soy are in everything. I just went to Whole Foods and got some snacks that I can eat so I don't grab something bad. While there I got green tea with lemon. I got back to work and made a cup and thought oh no I didn't check the package. So for haha's I checked the package and believe it or not it has Soy for flavoring. I guess they will now go on the counter for others to enjoy.

That being said I did find some rice chips that I like with guacamole. It is my hope that getting rid of all this stuff will make my body healthier and help me not hurt so much.

(((Gentle Hugs))) to all and I hope each of you are have a flare-free day.

You might want to try eliminating one at a time, Stacey? Or, if you eliminate all at once, reintroduce them one at a time at intervals of two to three weeks and see which foods give you trouble. Perhaps, some of these are harmless to you. Good luck with pinpointing your sensitivities!

best of luck to you! all i can say is that i find eating whole fresh foods is the best way to go. i dont go for packaged or processed foods. much love to you. suzie

Good luck to you on this, my ENT gave me a diet to follow for sinus/migraine pain, after the elimination of dairy my sinus pain went away. I still have congestion but it's much more manageable:)
