I knew overdoing it was going to catch up with me. I think the paint fumes are getting to me along with the horrific hot weather! I didn’t get much done today. I can’t seem to wake up and my stomach is really bad. Spending a lot of time in the bathroom and tummy pain. And of course the unexplainable pain all over. Well, that’s not entirely true. Some of the pain is from climbing up and down the ladder to paint which also caused me to twist my knee. But the rest? I have no idea except a lack of exercise and getting old! Fibro is a strange character, isn’t it? So on that note, here are some new quotes to hopefully make you guys smile!

I’m so sorry it is a crummy day today, Gramybear! I can certainly relate to the tummy pain - my IBS flares are extremely painful - The bathroom is my only friend on those days, LOL
It does sound like you may have overdone it this week (You’re thinking “duh!”). Remember to listen to your body and rest when you need to. I know that is hard when you’re a woman on a mission!

I only painted 4 doors today and got into my OCD mode by rearranging everything more than once! LOL… Molly and I are going to walk up to the Dollar Tree tomorrow and Big Lots, Ace Hardware and CVS. Then I’ll drop her back home and walk to Food Max and Grocery Outlet. But sunday?? Nascar and the couch!! And I won’t feel guilty one bit! LOL

Goodness, are we the same person? I do the same thing. We pay dearly for the overdoing days, but then we get to sit and see all that we’ve accomplished.

Yes, I believe we might be related!! LOL… I had to take a break from my computer for a few days as once again, I overdid it! But I’m back at it again so hopefully I will behave myself!! Doubtful but I can try!!! Sending hugs.
