Today: “10%” altogether = 20% energy for under 45’, then white lips & pale face. But if I keep strain down to ‘half speed’ (70%) I can push on thru for hours.

Development: 8 weeks after jab#3 and the first day of 2023 it’s time to confirm what has been becoming more and more apparent, that
- my sleep has continually been stably good, short, flexible and restorative,
- This will be a combination of my earlier supp, now Huberman’s, the jab & the antihistamine,
- my maximum & minimum energy have narrowed to fluctuation between 15 and 20%, rather than fluctuation between 5-30 after the 1st jab and 5-25 after the 2nd,
- by keeping exertion to 70% of before I can now push thru for 6-8h/d = 60%-80% activity time if like before 10% is 1h of activity,
- however because my maximum energy is limited I’m now always slower at many things like cycling,
- Activities which require 100% energy I can only do for a few minutes (like carrying something very heavy is still possible, but for even shorter than before),
- My activities are considerably now more effective, which is very useful for my new life.
