2022-04-02, Saturday 20% - Supple all day, limited again by pain, high pee frequency - maybe allergic…

v3: out for a cycle-walk, very supple, not particularly cold tolerant, and strong pee urge again while in a shop for 10’ to warm up and buy food.
v2: such a strain causing pain having to go to pee 8x/h (“touch” hypersensitivity inside making me touch hypersensitive outside too…)
v1: TT 3:1 (snow water on table makes for more ‘fun’), pain 5 of 7 after, but no exhaustion or stiffness.

Triggers & resulting Symptoms

SLEEP (click for details): 8h05, up 5x (55') ✅, but ➔ Feeling 70% well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, getting up: 70%/2 🧐. Deep sleep, despite going at midnight, but then stress thoughts at 7, so needed Yoga Nidra to get me up to >8h. THAT's the problem with going to bed late, the daylight when I have to get up in between.

ACTIONSPAINS: :white_check_mark: neck: often “seizes up” at night. GI: good first (I think) :white_check_mark:, but after midday meal pain from upcoming loose stools, obviously allergic, but not sure what from: almond milk was strange, lumpy, but not off, and I tried half a walnut 15 minutes before :face_with_monocle:. jaw: pretty good, esp. due to cutting up the raw food. :white_check_mark:. Dry mouth and belly ache moments at night not that bad tonight. :face_with_monocle:. 8x to the loo in an hour, what the heck is that now, is it just cos I decided I want to drink more again at the moment?!

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: No sinus, nostrils, hardly any sore throat. Supple all day, even increasing at 18:00 (that’s a histamine effect tho).
Fibro & Touch: Touch would be OK-ish today. But high pee frequency and IBSD are kinds of touch intolerance inside. Also building up a strain & pain which makes me want no more touch… No that’s
Covid-danger: Getting used to wearing mask indoors in rooms we both use incl. the stairs outside the flat.

Development

I’ve never noted what I’m eating at the moment, what with IBS-D, hyperacidic stomach, genetically high lipids and histamine/MCAS, altho it’s a big question if it’s enough. I think it is if you look at this…:
Food: only 3 meals, never anything in between (to decrease lipids) this is what I eat (usually everything organic):
Mornings (somewhere between 7:00 and 11:00):
Lots of

  1. berry
  2. gluten-free muesli with
  3. almond milk.

Midday (between 13:00 and 16:00): a mix of chopped

  1. (with almond jogurt (rarely
  2. soy or
  3. dairy), either sweet: e.g.
  4. vanilla, or plain with
  5. salt &
  6. Provençal herbs)

or in one piece of raw

  1. alfalfa sprouts,
  2. bell peppers (yellow; not green or red),
  3. broccoli,
  4. carrots,
  5. chicory,
  6. courgette/zucchini,
  7. cucumber,
  8. china cabbage,
  9. fennel,
  10. sweet potatoes (love them raw, hate them cooked),
  11. seldom the (roughly 10) various lettuce forms nowadays,
  12. I could try bok choi.

Plus cooked

  1. quinoa (or
  2. amaranth, but I don’t like that taste; less
  3. rice &
  4. jacket potatoes, altho they may be OK)

with one cabbage form usually steamed after gently roasting in

  1. olive oil, plus again sea salt and Provençal herbs
  2. broccoli,
  3. cauliflower,
  4. red cabbage,
  5. white cabbage,
  6. sweetheart/pointed cabbage, and sometimes:
  7. green beans,
  8. brussel sprouts,
  9. pumpkins, what I could do more is
  10. green cabbage.

Evenings (between 19:00 and 21:00)
Raw veggies like midday, but more likely also a 2-3 slices of

  1. wholemeal bread than at midday, maybe 4x/wk, with
  2. almond butter, sometimes
  3. soft cheese or mozarella, or experiments.

Almost every meal:

  1. Pumpkin seeds,

or often (‘other’) nuts, altho a bit histaminey:

  1. almonds,
  2. cashews,
  3. hazelnuts,
  4. one brazil nut a day,
  5. hardly any walnuts or
  6. peanuts/peanut butter or
  7. sunflower seeds any more and
  8. one dried fig.
    Drink:
    Aside from 2l of Almond milk (see #3),
  9. 1 cup of chamomile tea.
    Sweets: Aside from one fig a day
  10. a little bit of very dark chocolate, 70% or 85%.

*Edit April 3rd:

  1. 2 small sweet apples a day and
  2. some sour apple sauce (not sugared nuch).*

So who says I haven’t got much to eat? (My wife does actually, but she’s happy that I’m widening it out a bit and cooking almost every day now.) That’s about 20 different foods every day, and changing.
