v3: out for a cycle-walk, very supple, not particularly cold tolerant, and strong pee urge again while in a shop for 10’ to warm up and buy food.
v2: such a strain causing pain having to go to pee 8x/h (“touch” hypersensitivity inside making me touch hypersensitive outside too…)
v1: TT 3:1 (snow water on table makes for more ‘fun’), pain 5 of 7 after, but no exhaustion or stiffness.

SLEEP (click for details): 8h05, up 5x (55') ✅, but ➔ Feeling 70% well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, getting up: 70%/2 🧐. Deep sleep, despite going at midnight, but then stress thoughts at 7, so needed Yoga Nidra to get me up to >8h. THAT's the problem with going to bed late, the daylight when I have to get up in between.

Development
I’ve never noted what I’m eating at the moment, what with IBS-D, hyperacidic stomach, genetically high lipids and histamine/MCAS, altho it’s a big question if it’s enough. I think it is if you look at this…:
Food: only 3 meals, never anything in between (to decrease lipids) this is what I eat (usually everything organic):
Mornings (somewhere between 7:00 and 11:00):
Lots of
- berry
- gluten-free muesli with
- almond milk.
Midday (between 13:00 and 16:00): a mix of chopped
- (with almond jogurt (rarely
- soy or
- dairy), either sweet: e.g.
- vanilla, or plain with
- salt &
- Provençal herbs)
or in one piece of raw
- alfalfa sprouts,
- bell peppers (yellow; not green or red),
- broccoli,
- carrots,
- chicory,
- courgette/zucchini,
- cucumber,
- china cabbage,
- fennel,
- sweet potatoes (love them raw, hate them cooked),
- seldom the (roughly 10) various lettuce forms nowadays,
- I could try bok choi.
Plus cooked
- quinoa (or
- amaranth, but I don’t like that taste; less
- rice &
- jacket potatoes, altho they may be OK)
with one cabbage form usually steamed after gently roasting in
- olive oil, plus again sea salt and Provençal herbs
- broccoli,
- cauliflower,
- red cabbage,
- white cabbage,
- sweetheart/pointed cabbage, and sometimes:
- green beans,
- brussel sprouts,
- pumpkins, what I could do more is
- green cabbage.
Evenings (between 19:00 and 21:00)
Raw veggies like midday, but more likely also a 2-3 slices of
- wholemeal bread than at midday, maybe 4x/wk, with
- almond butter, sometimes
- soft cheese or mozarella, or experiments.
Almost every meal:
- Pumpkin seeds,
or often (‘other’) nuts, altho a bit histaminey:
- almonds,
- cashews,
- hazelnuts,
- one brazil nut a day,
- hardly any walnuts or
- peanuts/peanut butter or
- sunflower seeds any more and
- one dried fig.
Drink:
Aside from 2l of Almond milk (see #3), - 1 cup of chamomile tea.
Sweets: Aside from one fig a day - a little bit of very dark chocolate, 70% or 85%.
*Edit April 3rd:
- 2 small sweet apples a day and
- some sour apple sauce (not sugared nuch).*
So who says I haven’t got much to eat? (My wife does actually, but she’s happy that I’m widening it out a bit and cooking almost every day now.) That’s about 20 different foods every day, and changing.
