Lessons in self-care #176 If I’m tired of all the it’s time to stop it and weigh what’s been good and what hasn’t. I’m maybe more impatient than most and I haven’t changed anything for quite some time. I spose I should be keeping up stuff for inflammation and lipids, but I can’t be that bothered, as the time would’ve been up, if I’d’ve been capable of going to the dentist’s.
